We’re pretty confident that you’ll love your purchase, however on the off chance that something went something didn’t quite work out, here’s a few pointer’s below. Please note, all our prices are listed in AUD, are G.S.T. inclusive and our delivery is within Australia only.

Regional or remote areas may incur additional fees if deemed to be outside our standard delivery zones, if in doubt please contact us. We may be unable to deliver to regional areas for larger items/orders, so please check with us in advance.

Eway: Pay in seconds via Eway's secure gateway with Visa, Mastercard. Your shipping will be calculated once delivery details are entered.
• Click the Paypal option at Checkout. You’ll get taken straight to a Paypal page.
• Choose a way of paying, and add a billing address.
• Submit your details and you’ll get taken back to Jasper and Eve, where your shipping will be calculated and you can complete your order.

Delivery / postage: Postage is based on weight and location. Use our shipping calculator at the bottom of the cart page to find out your postage cost. Please note that your postage total will be added to your order AFTER you have entered your postal details. Postage is calculated at check out and is dependent on the weight of your order & where it is to be delivered to. If you are within a regional or remote area, there may be difficulties in accessing your area and additional delivery fees may apply. If you are unsure if your address falls out of our standard delivery areas, please contact us. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or Paypal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
- For smaller orders, we use Australia Post, for other orders we use a selection of couriers. Delivery time is generally between 3-10 working days however if goods are unavailable or during busy periods, there is a small chance this may take a little longer. Our lighting products are made to order and will take approx 2-3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number when the item leaves our premises, so that you are able to track it should you wish.
- We wouldn’t want anything to happen to your lovely order, so we require a daytime address for all orders. A signature and contact phone number may be required for fufilment of some orders, depending on the allocated delivery service. In the instance that a package needs to be signed for and no-one is available to sign for a delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection. As we use a selection of couriers, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If you have accidentally entered a P.O. Box, please email us at email@example.com otherwise we we will send you a quick little email or phone call to obtain an alternative postal address.
- By purchasing from our site, you agree that Jasper & Eve have fulfilled their requirements as a merchant and are no longer responsible for missing / damaged /delayed deliveries as these are fulfilled by a 3rd party service. We are not responsible for items once they leave our premises. A tracking number will be provided to you once the item is sent for delivery, so that you can track it should you choose.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. You will receive an email from Jasper and Eve just touching base, and then an online questionairre to proceed with the moodboard process. This will happen within 3-7 working days. - We are happy to accept returns for most items. Items that are not included in our exchange & refund policy are lighting, blankets, pillowcases and digital material. This is because the lights and digital material are made to order and the blankets & pillowcases cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Please be aware that some items may have natural variations due to the material or production method used.
- If you’re unhappy with an item (excluding lighting, digital material and pillowcases) please send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your goods. The returned goods must be received by us within two weeks of your initial email (extended until January for the Christmas period). They also need to remain in original condition, with the original packaging and any tags/labels.
- Once we receive the returned item we will process a refund for the purchase price minus the original delivery fee. We do not cover any delivery/postage costs incurred with returned or exchange items. When returning an item for a return, we recommend using registered post and that all postage is prepaid. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Jasper & Eve Home Styling will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We check every item prior to it leaving Jasper & Eve Home Styling. However in the instance that an item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 1-3 days of receiving the goods to organise a replacement or refund. Important: We will need you to take photos and email them to us.
Incorrect item delivered
Whilst we take all measures to ensure your order is correct – we’re still human! If your order is incorrect, please contact us within 1-3 days of receiving the goods to organise an exchange. We will cover the postage cost in the instance that an incorrect item has arrived. Please be advised that some colour/ natural variation will occur with certain products due the material they are made of or the production process involved. This will be mentoned in the product description. These variations are not considered applicable for refund / exchanges.
- We are happy to exchange most items. Items that are not included in change of mind exchanges are any lighting, blankets, pillowcases and digital material. E-STYLING MOODBOARDS AND DIGITAL FILES:
We want our customers to love their E-styling package, but in the instance that you were unhappy, you are permitted one set of minor changes, after this all changes will be charged at an hourly rate of $77.

- Jasper & Eve Home Styling accepts no responsibility from any injuries or damages occurring from or relating to any of the items or services including (but not limited to) products sold, Moodboards, price list and suggested furniture layout plan. It is your responsibility to check all measurements, colours, furnishings, pricing and all other aspects prior to purchasing any of the items or services suggested in our e-styling packages.
- Jasper & Eve accepts no responsibility for any colour variation, sizing issues, longevity, pricing variation. Jasper & eve accepts no responsibility for any 3rd party websites. Furniture layout plans are created as close as possible to scale. However these are illustrative suggestions only and must not be used in place of a plan provided by an architect, builder, engineer or any other service.
- The price list included in the E-styling packages only includes furniture and soft furnishings. It does not include pricing for trade work & trade supplies however an estimated figure may be provided. Prices do not include postage or shipping. Warranties are those based from the supplier. Jasper & Eve Home Styling is not responsible for trading terms & refund policies for the third party suppliers recommended in the price lists.
- Some items in the product listing may be purchased by trade only. In these cases, Jasper & Home Styling will provide you with a pricing excluding delivery. Should you wish to proceed with purchasing the item, Jasper & Eve Home Styling will raise a quote for you.
- We try our very best to offer furnishing and accessories that fit within our social and eco values. However due to budget restrictions or unavailable items, this isn't always possible.
